After verifying the lottery system data and accompanying personal records, Vietlott confirmed that Mr. A. was the winner of the Mega 6/45 Jackpot from draw #01248, with a total winning amount of  28,144,908,000 VND. The winning ticket was issued at 9 To Hieu Street, Nguyen Trai Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

Mr. A. had selected 6 sets of numbers, and the set 03 – 08 – 10 – 26 – 34 – 37 brought him the luck to win the Jackpot. Mr. A., who is self-employed and resides in Binh Dinh, purchased the lucky ticket during a business trip. At the award ceremony, in the spirit of social responsibility, Mr. A. donated 200 million VND to the Tam Tai Viet Social Fund.

As per regulations, Mr. A. is required to pay personal income tax in the location where the ticket was issued, which is Hanoi, amounting to over 2.8 billion VND (10% of the amount exceeding 10 million VND), which is deducted at the time of receiving the prize.
