Earlier, Vietlott Can Tho had received the winning ticket from Mr. N.H.D. After verifying the data on the lottery system and the accompanying documentation, Vietlott confirmed that Mr. N.H.Đ. had won the Jackpot 1 of the Power 6/55 product for the draw number 01074 on August 15, 2024, with a prize value of 19,620,831,975 VND. The lucky ticket was purchased at a sales of point at 778 Ap 2, An Khanh, Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province, with the winning numbers being 08 - 16 - 20 - 30 - 34 - 43.

During the 01074 draw on August 15, 2024, the Power 6/55 product had two lucky customers who won the Jackpot 1 prize, with the total accumulated prize value exceeding 39 billion VND. According to the rules, if more than one ticket matches the winning numbers, the Jackpot prize is evenly divided among the winning tickets, so each winner receives a prize worth over 19 billion VND. In addition to Mr. N.H.Đ., the other winning ticket was issued through the phone distribution channel (Viettel network).

Mr. N.H.Đ. shared that he lives in An Giang and has had the habit of purchasing Vietlott lottery tickets for many years, particularly regularly buying the Power 6/55 product. On August 15, 2024, while on a business trip to Ben Tre, he stopped by a sales of point and purchased a ticket and fortune smiled upon him with just a 10,000 VND ticket .

With this prize, Mr. N.H.Đ. will pay over 1.9 billion VND in taxes to the Ben Tre Provincial budget (10% of the winnings exceeding 10 million VND must be paid as taxes where the winning ticket was issued, as per regulations).
