VIETLOTT CONTINUES SOCIAL SECURITY JOURNEY ON REMOTE ISLANDS

After a 7-day and 6-night journey at sea, the Vietlott task force has arrived at Cam Ranh Military Port, successfully completing the task of giving gifts and supporting the soldiers and people of Truong Sa island district, Khanh Hoa province and DK1/11 rig. This is a testament to Vietlott's social responsibility, showing its care and sharing with the soldiers at the forefront, contributing to firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the nation's islands and archipelagos.

On the afternoon of April 12th, Ship 571 of Brigade 955, Zone 4 Navy carried the Vietlott task force to Cam Ranh Military Port (Khanh Hoa province), completing a 7-day and 6-night sea voyage to visit and give gifts to the soldiers and people of Truong Sa island district, Khanh Hoa province and DK1/11 rig on the South continental shelf of the country.

 

The Vietlott delegation consisted of 10 members along with delegates from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Lao Cai province, Thai Nguyen province, Bac Giang province, Vietnam Fine Arts Association, Hai Phong Justice Department, Institute of Social Sciences Information together with artists, businesses and journalists.

 

Continuing the social security journeys following the sea, following the islands, the Vietlott delegation is honored to be the unit for 3 consecutive years to donate/sponsor: vegetable gardens, water filters, warm houses for the families of Truong Sa soldiers.

On this third occasion, the Vietlott has traveled nearly 1,000 nautical miles to visit, give gifts and encourage the cadres, soldiers and people on the islands of Truong Sa island district including: Song Tu Tay, Sinh Ton Dong, Len Dao, Da Dong A, Da Tay B, Truong Sa and DK1/11 rig and at the same time donated VND 500 million to support the purchase of medical equipment for Truong Sa.

During this working trip, the Vietlott delegation had memorable moments about the country, the sea and sky, the life of the cadres, soldiers and people on the frontline islands of the country.

The trip helped Vietlott delegates raise awareness of sovereignty over islands and archipelagos and wished to return here more often to have the opportunity to contribute more to the country.
