Virtual running race for children's Tet in Central Vietnam

Each km runner completed at "Give opportunity, connect dreams" corresponds to 10,000 VND supported by businesses, given to poor children.

In order to bring Tet to children in the Central region, Vietlott cooperated with VnExpress to launch a virtual running tournament called "Giving opportunities, connecting dreams". Through each runner's run, donating prizes, giving necessities and Tet gifts to children in the Central region, sharing some of the difficulties after the recent heavy natural disaster and supporting them with their needs to have chance to continue writing their dreams.

With the form of unlimited running, the program is expected with the first 50,000 km, each completed kilometer corresponds to 10,000 VND donated for the New Year.

The entire amount will be converted into Tet gifts for children in disadvantaged provinces in the Central region. Representatives of the Organizing Committee said that they will come to the place to give gifts as soon as the prize is over.

Similar to other virtual races in the V-Race series, this campaign is free to join, allowing each person to practice to improve their health anywhere and anytime. Everyone can set a goal to practice running and contribute to the happy Tet of poor children.

Giving opportunities, connecting dreams begins to open the registration portal from today, 15 pm on January 10. Runner sets a target distance and can start running from 00:00 the next day. Each person will be recorded results in a cumulative form within 10 days. Registration deadline January 21. The contest ends on January 31st. The organizers will summarize the achievements and award prizes from January 31 to February 28.

Runner will run cumulatively in 4 distances: 10 km, 20 km, 50 km, 100 km with an unlimited number of times. Average speed required is from 3 min/km to 12 min/km (pace 3:00 to 12:00). This is a suitable speed for people with weak health, just starting to get used to running.

The Strava application connected to VnExpress's V-Race platform will record the results. When completing information registration on the V-Race site, players need to connect an account with Strava.

After completing the challenge, the runner will receive a certificate and an electronic medal to save a good memory of the training and effort, contributing to the children in Central Vietnam to have a complete Tet.
