Accordingly, the entire budget revenue from elective lottery business in the area is paid by Vietlott to the budget of Hau Giang province, including: special consumption tax, value-added tax, and business income tax. business, personal income tax of winners and distribution of after-tax profits (total of nearly 30% of revenue).
